International Parcel Delivery Agreement

Compensation standard for parcel delivery:




Our company will not compensate for the loss, shortage, damage and delay of the mail due to reasons other than our company. No liability for indirect losses and unrealized benefits. For details, please refer to the package compensation standard




The following circumstances shall not be liable for compensation:


1. Due to force majeure (except for insured mail).


2. Articles sent and delivered in violation of the prohibition or restriction on posting shall be confiscated by the competent authority or handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.


3. At the time of delivery, the package of the mail is intact and there is no trace of disassembly, and the weight is not reduced, and the internal parts are short or damaged.


4. The recipient has signed for the receipt in accordance with the prescribed procedures.


5. Mail loss or delay caused by the customer's responsibility or the item itself.


6. The customer has not inquired and made no claim for compensation from the date of mail delivery to the expiration of the inquiry period.


7. International mail is detained, confiscated or destroyed by the destination country in accordance with its domestic laws.




Prohibited items




Items prohibited by mail



1. Articles prohibited from circulation or delivery by national laws and regulations;


2. Dangerous items such as explosive, flammable, corrosive, radioactive and toxic;


3. Reactionary newspapers, books, windows or obscene materials;


4. Various currencies;


5. Items that hinder public health;


6. Perishable items;


7. Live animals (except bees, silkworms and leeches whose packaging can ensure the safety of delivery and staff);


8. Items that are improperly packaged, which may endanger personal safety, contaminate or damage other mail equipment;


9. Other items that are not suitable for postal conditions.






Postal customs prohibit delivery




1. The nature of the article or its packaging is suspected of injuring postal service personnel or defaceting mail or postal equipment.


2. Items that have sharp edges, such as metal buttons for sealing, may hinder mail handling.


3. All kinds of firearms, ammunition, explosive materials, inflammable materials, corrosive materials, radioactive elements and containers, strong poisons, narcotic drugs, biochemical products and infectious materials.


4. All kinds of publications, publicity materials, printed materials that endanger social security and stability and obscene.


5. All kinds of items that hinder public health.


6. Stalls or items prohibited by the other party from entering or circulating.


7. In addition to the above-mentioned general regulations, relevant regulations of the customs department shall also be followed.




Taiwan postal regulations prohibit delivery




1. The nature of the article or its packaging is suspected of injuring postal service personnel or defaceting mail or postal equipment.


2. Items that have sharp edges, such as metal buttons for sealing, may hinder mail handling.


3. Flammable, explosive or other dangerous items. However, if the filing agency uses a special method to encapsulate the perishable biological materials sent to each other, and the transportation certificate is issued by the relevant competent authority, this restriction is not imposed.


4. Live animals. However, bees, silkworms, leeches, parasites that are sent to each other by the filing agency, or insects to eliminate pests are not subject to this restriction.


5. Radioactive materials.


6. Opium, morphine and other narcotic substances. However, if the transportation certificate is issued by the relevant competent authority or the judicial agency, judicial police agency’s documentary certification, it is used as evidence in litigation, and is used as insured or declared value parcels to be sent to each other, or as insured parcels for medicine or scientific research. Items approved by the Bureau are not subject to this restriction.


7. Indecent files or articles that hinder weathering. However, if the judicial organ or the judicial police organ proves in writing for the purpose of litigation evidence, it is not subject to this restriction if the registered letter or parcel is exchanged.


8. Files or items prohibited from entering the place of delivery.


9. Documents or articles that are forbidden to be sold and manufactured by the competent authorities in Taiwan. However, if the judicial organ or the judicial police organ proves in writing for the purpose of litigation evidence, it is not subject to this restriction if the registered letter or parcel is exchanged.


10. Lottery tickets and advertising leaflets related to lottery tickets. However, if the judicial organ or the judicial police organ proves in writing for the purpose of litigation evidence, it is not subject to this restriction if the registered letter or parcel is exchanged.


11. Other prohibited items stipulated by laws and regulations.
